Mindsomnia: cliched or wha...

ya..I know..couldnt have picked up a more cliched name than mindsomnia. But you knw that describes me. MY MIND NEVER RESTS..It keeps thinking n thinking n toiling and groiling..My mind is the ultimate alternate to time..It aint never stopping..They say that more the brain working frequency.. (Yes I know .a frequency for brain?) more its restless more it thinks more it reaches into your thoughts. its in the beta state. it is the alpha state when the mind is calm and thoughtless. but if you thought it was unfocused you re so wrong. Coz in the alpha state its the most focused. this state is also called the Samadhi state when the mind has reached the highest level of peace alomost as if u re not present and when you get back to reality you are like a new born child so fresh, so at Peace.. How do you reach this state. It can be through Yoga or meditation. A solution to mindsomnia by a mindsomaniac! An funny irony..

  1. Nice attempt..The good part is, you touched on various aspects. But, only touched. It could have been elaborated more. A fellow writer will/can understand thought process behind the post, but everybody won't.
It is similar to notes/bullet points a writer prepares for himself when he decides to write on a topic. :) Still a very good attempt. Hope to see a little bit more elaboration of thoughts in future. :)

  2. hey i agree with bornIndividualist to an extent....it was good to begin wih but there was scope for more imagination and context....but then again, reminded me of the alpha-beta concept, too much kakani had put me in a high bet state, needed to remember this...:):) all the best for future posts, will keep commenting!

  3. Though small one to start up with.I like the uniqueness in your thought. There is a lot to improve but as you just start writing , it will come up with time
